Process expertise with a system and a plan.
We produce our powerful damper products using cutting-edge manufacturing facilities and multistage production processes, incorporating injection molding systems and production facilities developed in-house. They are adaptable to each and every product, meaning we can cater to small and large production runs as well as individual components. We also have a 2,000 kN assembly plant for manufacturing pre-tensioned complete systems that provides the necessary measurement data in parallel to the assembly process.
Using the latest CAD systems and extensive testing technology, we are laying the foundations for the highest quality standards, which extend to our production system certified to ISO IATF 16949 and culminate in a product- and customer-specific final inspection. What’s more, our specially developed modular tools provide the greatest possible flexibility and reduce tooling costs to a minimum.
